We build the solution together. We reconvene with you to present findings, challenge assumptions, and collaboratively develop a strategy that is practical, actionable, and uniquely yours.


Step 4 (The Implementation):


We help you move. Strategy without execution is just a document. We support the rollout of strategic initiatives, track progress against measurable outcomes, and return to Step 1 (ensuring your strategy evolves with your business).

I started my career serving as a Sergeant and Military Working Dog Handler in the United States Army — eight years that taught me discipline, situational awareness, and how to make clear decisions with incomplete information. Those are not skills you leave at the gate when you transition out. They follow you into every room you walk into.

After the military I found my way into peer advisory work, spending years alongside veterans navigating some of the hardest transitions a person can face. Listening without judgment, asking the right questions, and helping people find their own path forward became second nature. That work also introduced me to behavioral assessment frameworks that sharpened how I communicate up and downstream within an organization — identifying predictable patterns that can quietly block progress and bringing them into focus so the real work can move forward. That foundation shapes how I approach every client engagement today.

The analytics side came through education and experience. Armed with a B.A. in Business Administration and an MBA in Data Analytics, I spent the last several years working closely with a complex specialty medical clinic — building the reporting infrastructure, financial models, and data frameworks their leadership needed to make confident decisions. I learned how to take messy, fragmented data and turn it into something an organization can actually use.

That is what I bring to Sandbox Strategic Solutions. I dig into your data without assumptions, let it tell its own story, and bring that story back to you — sometimes validating what you suspected, sometimes revealing what you could not see from the inside. The goal is never just a cleaner spreadsheet. Quite the opposite, it is clarity that removes the guesswork from your next move, and a partner who stays at the table until the job is done.

I have spent my career learning how to make things work — and how to make people feel like they matter in the process. My foundation is rooted in service. As an Automated Logistics Specialist in the United States Army, I managed millions of dollars in inventory, trained personnel, and built the kind of operational discipline that does not come from a classroom. The military taught me that systems only work when the people running them are clear on the mission, accountable to each other, and equipped to execute. I carry that standard into everything I build today.

After the military, my path took me through insurance, computer science, construction project management, and marketing — industries that look nothing alike on the surface but share the same core demand: the ability to build trust quickly, communicate clearly, and deliver on what you promised. Whether I was guiding a senior client through retirement planning, coordinating between owners, engineers, and government officials on a construction project, or developing a sales territory from the ground up, the throughline has always been relationships and results.

At Sandbox Strategic Solutions I wear a lot of hats — and I am comfortable in all of them. Marketing, brand development, graphic design, sales, and the day-to-day logistics that keep things moving. I produce marketing resources, graphics and video shorts that simplify complex ideas and makes them accessible because even the best strategy loses its value if it cannot be understood. I research until the right answer shows up. What ties all of it together is a genuine desire to make sure every business thrives. — the brand, the message, the process, and the people — is pointed in the same direction.
